Account & Login

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click Forgot Password? on the login page, enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes.

If you don't receive the email:

  • Check your Spam / Junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email.
  • Contact your system administrator.

My account is locked. What should I do?

Accounts are locked after 5 failed login attempts. You can:

  1. Wait 15 minutes for the account to unlock automatically.
  2. Or contact an administrator to unlock it immediately.

Performance & Technical

The system is slow. What should I do?

  • Clear your browser cache (Ctrl + Shift + Delete).
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Contact support if the issue persists.

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes, the system has a responsive interface for phones and tablets. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop computer.


Data & Reports

Does the system auto-save my input?

No. You must click Save after each action. The system will warn you if you navigate away without saving.

Can I export data to Excel?

Yes. On any list screen, click the Export to Excel button in the top-right corner.

How is data backed up?

The system automatically backs up data every day at 2:00 AM. Contact an administrator if you need to restore data.
