The interface is divided into 4 main areas:

Navbar

• Logo / System Name — Click to return to home.
• Function Menu — Access main modules.
• Account Info — View and manage your profile.
• Notifications — View new alerts.

Sidebar

• Lists function items for the current module.
• Click a heading to expand/collapse a group.
• The active item is highlighted.

Main Content Area

• Displays content for the current page.
• Has a title bar with action buttons.
• Includes pagination for long lists.

Basic Operations

Search

Use the search box at the top to:

• Search by name, code, or keyword.
• Filter results by date, status.

Export Data

1. Select the records to export.
2. Click Export to Excel or Print Report.
3. The file downloads automatically.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Shortcut	Function

Ctrl + S	Save current form
Esc	Close dialog / Cancel action
